TeraVista Systems, an environmental technology solutions company, announced a deal with Solar Night Industries (OTC: SLND.PK) to acquire key assets of their Farmergy entity. The deal includes the Farmergy™ brand and marketing materials, customer databases and specifically the patent-pending SmartEnergy PRO™ energy planning technology application.
