A number of activities and programs are scheduled in Pine Bluff this week. Fourth District Congressman Mike Ross, D-Prescott, will speak on health care for veterans at 10 a.m. today at the Pine Bluff Veterans Outpatient Clinic, 4010 Old Warren Road.
